The apartment is situated in Birmingham City Center, offering a high standard and friendly staff. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Mailbox area and the town center. The spacious, clean, and modern rooms provided a comfortable stay, though the balcony lacked furniture. The service was exceptional, especially from Muhammad and Claire. The dining experience allowed for casual pajama dining, but more dining options would enhance the experience. The facilities were satisfactory, though improvements could be made.

I stayed at the apartments, and I must say the setup was perfect for a family with kids. The rooms were well-equipped, and having an ensuite and a second shower-room was very convenient. While not exactly homely, the apartments had everything you need for a self-catering stay. The location was spot-on, close to amenities and with friendly staff to welcome you. The dining option of being able to stay in your PJs for meals was a unique touch!

The hotel is conveniently located in the City Centre, close to all the main shopping areas and just a short walk to the Mailbox area and Broad Street. The rooms felt a bit stark and showed signs of wear with stains on the carpet and mold in the kitchen, but they had all the essentials like dishwasher tablets and a fan. The service was excellent, especially from Alpha, who was very helpful. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even assisting us with a late check-in. While the dining experience didn't offer much variety, the proximity to town made it easy to explore other options. The facilities were good, and the location made it convenient for everything we needed.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was modern, beautifully fitted with everything one needs when away from home, and the friendly reception quickly sorted out a corkscrew for us. The service was outstanding, with the staff going the extra mile to make changes to our booking in a helpful and kind manner, especially Mohamed. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the canal area, although the morning checkout time was a bit early. Dining in our PJs instead of going out to eat was a nice touch, offering traditional dishes.

This hotel is a perfect choice for a stay, with spacious and well-equipped rooms, a convenient location, and friendly and helpful service. The dining options may not be extensive, and the early check-out time could be a downside, but overall, it offers great value for money.
